Cadet Engineering Program (CEP)

The Cadet Engineering Program (CEP) for Philippine Batteries Incorporated (PBI) seeks to develop the managerial and leadership skills of PBI’s new recruits by having them go through a rigorous training program that will enable them to enhance their critical thinking skills, business management skills, and PBI-specific technical knowledge. In effect, they should be able to apply their integrated knowledge to their eventual respective units in the company.

The program is comprised of three modules: (1) Foundation Skills, (2) Business Skills, and (3) Leadership and Strategic Management Skills. These modules aim to broaden the cadets' mindset and expose them to the language and context of managing the self and the business.
