This project, in partnership with META, aims to respond to the challenges faced by e-commerce value chain players in the Philippines by: providing training to upskill digital entrepreneurs; developing an e-commerce sector situationer to document MSMEs' success factors and challenges in furtherance of better education programs and policies; and bringing together policymakers to address the needs of all value chain players in the digital business landscape.
As a prime mover in research towards safe, inclusive and sustainable e-commerce in the Philippines, BIG is supporting Meta in this project through the creation of localized cases, videos and learning materials designed to help Filipino entrepreneurs thrive in the digital economy.
