BIG holds Revalida for Batches 3 and 4 of RAMCAR’s Cadet Engineering Program

DEC 13-14, 2022: Bayan Innovation Group(BIG) facilitated the Revalida Presentations of its third and fourth batches of cadets under the Cadet Engineering Program (CEP) at RAMCAR Sta Maria Industrial Park in Bulacan.

The CEP for Philippine Batteries Incorporated (PBI) and Food Groups (FG) seeks to develop the managerial and leadership skills of its new recruits through a rigorous training program. The program aims to enhance their technical knowledge, as well as their critical thinking and business management skills.

Revalida presentations are conducted to synthesize the gained learnings from the training & mentoring sessions, the cadets’ experiences in their learning laboratories, and the application of these into strategic innovations for the organization. Presentations are rated on the core skills of communication, strategic thinking, as well as learning after doing, and evaluated by panelists from BIG, PBI, and FG.

The participants for the December 2022 Revalida were the cadets of CEP Batch 3 - who started last June 2022 and finished in December 2022, and CEP Batch 4 – who onboarded last September 2022 and will finish their program by March 2023.

The CEP has been running since 2018, first implemented by Bayan Academy and now being delivered by BIG.
