The Municipality of Odiongan and the Bayan Family of Foundations (BFF) have officially launched "Tatak SE: Serbisyong May Puso sa Odiongan." This partnership, which will establish Odiongan as a social laboratory and a model Local Government Unit (LGU) of the SE Roadmap, aims to grow and empower social enterprises in Odiongan through capacity building, the development of research and education programs, and the support of the SE Roadmap’s network of partners. The initiative is seen to generate inclusive and sustainable livelihood and employment, and contribute to the vibrant development of the community.

The project places significant emphasis on community engagement. Discussions have been held with leaders from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and community enterprises in Odiongan. These dialogues aim to deepen the understanding of the needs and challenges faced by different sectors, ensuring that program interventions are inclusive and address the unique requirements of each target group.
